Birkley is changing every day. She is really starting to evolve into her own little self. She is rolling over both ways now and has even starting sitting by herself for a little bit at a time. She still thinks Treigh is the absolute funniest thing ever and laughs at him all of the time.
She goes to the doctor tomorrow and I will post her new stats...also a couple of Treigh's latest saying...
This picture is exactly why we call her "Birkey-Blue." Rich called her that one time just a few days after she was born...and it stuck!

Happy 4th!
We spent the day...INSIDE! It rained absolutely all day here. We did venture out to the McMullen's for a combo 4th/wedding reception for Keely and her husband Brenton. Keely is my best friend Brianne's younger sister...who was also in my wedding. The whole McMullen clan are very close family friends. Brogan, who is "Baby Leyton's" dad, is Brianne's brother, and was also in our wedding. There is a fourth McMullen girl, Kieran. She graduated this year and will be off to Purdue this fall. Keely and her husband Brenton got married two weeks ago in Hilton Head in a small ceremony. So, CONGRATS to Mr. and Mrs. Taylor. We joked with her today about having a baby...she is next in line. We all have a nice pattern going right now...Treigh, six months later came Killian, a year later came Leyton, six months later came Birkley, and Brianne is pregnant right now and the baby will be six months younger than Birkley. We told Keely and Kieran that they need to be factored into this equation sooner or later bc Brianne and I are not having babies forever...lol!
We plan to cook out tomorrow with my mom and hopefully set off some fireworks...we;ll see???

Cereal
Birkley had cereal for the first time this past week. She did really well the first day, but the next day she ate every last spoonful...and might I add that she became very frustrated with me when I had to pause for a minute from feeding her to help Treigh with something. Obviously, just by looking at her you can tell she doesn't miss any meals...I'm sure the cereal will just add a few more roles. I joked with a friend the other day by saying I wish that the leg roles were cute on everyone...I would be a babe!
