Kitchen Fun

I love getting into the cabinets in the kitchen now. Mommy has assigned me my own special door. She gave me some plastic bowls and cups to keep in it just for me to play with while she is cooking etc. You might notice the sprite...I reached throught the other side of "my" cabinet and pulled it out. It is quite fun to play with too!

Ryley & Me

This is my cousin Ryley. We went out to dinner the other evening with her and her mommy and daddy. We don't get to see them very often because they live in Missouri. Her daddy just happened to be working in Terre Haute for the week...how convenient it was. Mommy was sad that she didn't get any pics where we were looking at the camera...Ryley is just so cute!
Much Love to the Zouri clan,

My First TOOTH!

I finally have a tooth. My bottom left tooth came in this weekend. Mommy was so excited for me. I wanted to tell her, there's nothing to be excited about. I would be happy to have her cut them for me then pass them along.

Chew on!!!

Table Fun

Old Ma got me this table for Christmas. It is so fun. It has a cup, bowl, plate, salt and pepper, and even a napkin. They all sing and say funny things when I push them. I really like standing at the table too. It is my perfect height! Thanks so much Old Ma and Old Pa.

Hello mom!

This is what I look like in the morning. Mommy caught me in my pj's.

My First Real Snow!

Okay, so mom got a little excited about the first "dusting" of snow. At least this one was measurable. She wouldn't let me play in it yet, but I can't wait until she does.
Love to all,
Treigh

1st Snow

It's my first snow...

Today when we woke up we didn't have 2-3 inches like the weather men said...however we did have a nice heavy dusting. I made Rich take our picture before we left for school. You can't hardly see it behind us, but it is there! We are looking forward to having a snow big enough where we can take Treigh out and play a bit.

The Latest

I just wanted to update everyone on what is going on in Treigh's life right now...
Treigh's most favorite thing to do right now is to pull up and walk around everything...I think his goal is to get into everthing! He still loves eating. He eats pretty much anything that Rich and I eat, and his favorite snack is wagon wheels. He still does not have any teeth ( he gnaws the wagon wheels just like he would if he had teeth...it is quite cute)! At daycare he would much rather be playing in with the toddlers than in the baby room. He thinks the bigs kids are just IT!
We are going to see santa this weekend and I am sure that Treigh will love him. He does not know a stranger and will go to anyone. I will post the pics after.

Until later,
Love,
DeLisa

My First Christmas Tree

I put the Christmas tree up on Thanksgiving evening, however, I didn't get it or the house decorated until Friday. I had all of the house decorations up and I was puting decos on the tree when Treigh finally realized that there was something big and green in the living room and he might be a tad bit interested in it. He was very cute as he approached the tree, he just politely touched the branches. He didn't bother anything except one bunch of berries. There are several different bunches, but he only wanted one certain bunch. After we told him no a couple of times, he was fine and just went on playing with his toys. He has bothered the same bunch a couple other times, but doesn't bother anything else. We assumed that he would try to pull the whole tree down...I guess I should knock on wood.

WOW!

This is kind of prickly!

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a very nice Thanksgiving at our house Thursday. Rich's dad, sister and her family, and my mom all came over for the day. The meal was very nice, and as you can see below, Treigh was his normal happy self all day.

All decked out for my first Thansgiving.

I am a big boy now, I can stand on my own...for a few seconds!

Gettin' ready for my first "big person" meal.

That silly mommy really earns her name!
I had mashed potatoes, noodles, green beans, and we can't forget the sweet potatoe casserole. Mommy said that I did a great job with the "big" food! As you can see here, I love feeding myself now. mommy only really lets me once in awhile. She says it too measy...I guess I should tell her that babies are messy!

Deal'em

The other night daddy was getting ready for his card game and thought that I needed to play my first hand. He just didn't understand why I like putting them in my mouth...

I did beat him in this hand...however, he's yet to pay up!

Pics

Who would have thought that there would be more pics of me...

Mommy posted this pic because she thought that I looked like a "big boy"...I try to tell her all the time that I am a big boy!

When mommy cooks or does dishes, etc. I love playing in the kitchen drawers.

Another thing I love to do is stand up. Here mommy caught me playing with daddy in their bed. Daddy always comes and gets me in the mornign when I wake up and lets me play.

Okay, not one of my finer moments...Yes I am asleep in the bathtub. Nedless to say, i had a rough day.
Love to all,
T

Growing and on the go go go!

I just wanted to update everyone on what is new in Treigh's world. Like a said in a previous post, Treigh is crawling now. He can go anywhere, and fast...I was doing laundry the other day and I took some clothes into our room. When I came back out into the hallway, I peeked around the corner into Treigh's bathroom and Treigh had pulled open a drawer, pulled up to a standing position at the drawer and was empting the contents onto the bathroom floor, obviously smiling the whole time! He favorite thing to do now is pull up an stand. He has even started moving a little bit around the couch...I told Rich today that he is going to walk before he gets his first tooth.

Rich took Treigh to his six month check-up today...obviously I know he is seven months old, however we had to reschedule his previous appointment because he was scheduled for shots and he had been on an antibiotic. Antibiotics and shots don't mix. Anyway, he is still growing. He weighs 22 pounds and is 28 1/2 inches long. This might be why people have asked me if he was about a year old...lol! The look on their faces is priceless when I tell them his real age!

My 1st Halloween

Here I am on my first Halloween. Mommy said that I was the cutest little stinker she had ever seen. I had so much fun going around and seeing people...Old ma and Old Pa, the Lund's, the Hartman's, the Shields', and Grandma. My grandpa, Aunt LuAnne, Uncle Brent, and the kids came up to see me too! A big thanks for all of the goodies...there's nothing like a good zwiebach toast or biter biscuit...yum yum!

Carving My Pumpkin

Mommy, Daddy, and I carved my first pumpkin into a jack-o-lantern on Sunday evening. I absolutely loved playing in the pumpkin guts...I liked licking the spoon too! I think that our finished product turned out nice! Much thanks to mommy for doing the scooping and carving, and to daddy for capturing the video and pics!

GO HORSE!

On Sunday we went to my pal Kylen's 7th birthday party. I had so much fun with all of the people. Mommy and I had to support the Colts, so we both sported our jerseys' for the day!

Hammin' it up!

Ky and me...Happy B-Day!

It's me again...of couse with a smile!

Mommy and me posing for the camera.

Pumpkin Patch

Friday evening we took Treigh to Hobson's Farm to get a pumpkin and play in the corn box. It was a bit chilly...hence the winter coat. Treigh really seemed to enjoy everything despite the weather. Maybe next year we can do the big slide and junior corn maze!

This is the one that daddy and I picked!

I just loved the feel of this stuff! I think if mommy would have left me in here too much longer, I probably would have had to have a snack...mmm mmm!

Next comes carving...

Hello...guess who?

Later that evening we took grandma out for her 50th birthday. I loved flirting with all of the waitresses...I think they liked me too!

Ma Ma

Late last week Treigh finally started saying ma-ma too! A couple of days ago he was jabbering saying da-da, da-da, da-da. In mid da-da, he looked p at me and said, da-ma-ma and grinned. It was just so cute! Obviously I get the most ma-ma's when he needs something...

New Stuff
~saying ma-ma
~waving bye-bye
~pulling up on the dining room chairs
~crawling backwards...still scooting forwards

Love to all,

Monkey'n Around

A week or so ago we were at Babies-R-Us shopping. Rich was holding Treigh and Treigh started playing with this monkey (the kind with long arms and legs). Rich made the comment that Treigh wanted it. I, not being very fond of stuffed animals, told him stuff animals were yucky and he didn't need it. I had to shop/pay in the electronic department because I was buying the nephews some game-boy games, so I was not really checking out with Rich and Treigh. I got in the car and Treigh was playing with this monkey. Obviously I was not mad, but Rich thought he definitely pulled one over on me. The funny thing is, Treigh absolutely loves the stinkin thing. It sits in the rocker in his room and every time we walk in and he sees it, it wants it...go figure!
